I am a Registered Nutritionist with a special interest in disordered eating (Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia and Binge Eating) having healed my own food addiction and relationship with food. I have years of clinical experience & have completed the National Centre for Eating Disorders training in eating disorders and obesity.

My clinic provides a safe space for you to talk, with a focus on the symptoms you would like to change – most often this is related things like mood, energy, anxiety and sleep. No two people with disordered eating are the same, yet too often I find clients are given nutritional recommendations based solely on a diagnostic label, as opposed to the unique individual they are. My approach will be collaborative and tailored to you – less of a focus on strict meal planning, calorie counting and what the scales say, and more emphasis on replenishing the nutrients the body and brain require to function properly, when life demands a lot from it.

This special nutrition package gives you the ultimate care and attention with weekly check ins optimised for accountability and support. Also offered are several extra packages to include yoga lessons, deep yoga nidra meditation, pranayama breath work & healing sessions.

Often at the core of any disordered eating is a disconnect with ones self limiting true self acceptance and self love. To fully heal the body we need to work to heal the mind alongside nutritional healing. The mind and body are interlinked, so in order to overcome chronic relationships with food, we not only need to work on what we are putting into our bodies nutritionally but also what we are putting into our minds, learning to control levels of stress and anxiety and living more holistically in tune with our bodies needs.
