PRIVATE YOGA CONSULTATIONS
Ideal for facilitating those with special requirements, injuries or simply those new to yoga. Where suitable I begin by working from the Ashtanga Yoga framework, modified where necessary to suit individual needs. I can also encorporate yin poses or a yin style of practise if required.
My aim is to bring an equal balance of strength and flexibility to your body, increased postural awareness and an overall sense of calm and wellbeing. One to one sessions are perfect for beginners dipping their toe into Yoga, to gain the correct alignment in a safe trusting environment to suit individual needs.
I can also offer yoga nidra, meditation and pranayama consultations if required and encorporate these into the yoga asana practices.

Group & Workplace private yoga class rates will be quoted according to the number of people participating in the class.
FREQUENCY OF PRIVATE YOGA CLASSES
Some people prefer to have a private yoga class for just an hour a month, some once a week; a private yoga class program can be worked out to suit whatever your finances & commitments allow. At first however, more frequent classes are recommended to help get you off to a better start.
It’s a good level of difficulty and Mays is lovely, it’s a nice change of pace from my usual exercise and is also a really great way to start the day. I have felt more energised and become very aware of my posture whilst sitting at my desk.
