Full immersion in nature with hiking, SUP Yoga, kayaking, star-gazing and time spent in Ibiza's beautiful beaches helps guests to find deep peace and relaxation. Alongside that we can organise private events such as ecstatic dance or cacao sound healing ceremonies that will truly uplift you.

We can work with small groups of 5 or come alone for a truly immersive experience where you will live with Mays and she can teach you how to live the Healthy Mays Ibiza lifestyle with tools to take home with you. Bespoke Nutrition protocols can be encorporated or even fasting detoxs with colonic hydrotheraphy and chakra and reiki healing - the magical island has so much to offer to restore, relax and heal.

ABOUT HEALTHY MAYS

As a qualified nutritionist at healthymays.com as well as yoga teacher with nearly 10 years teaching experience, Mays has emphasised the importance of including a nutritionally balanced nourishing gut, mood and immune supporting menu and will be on hand throughout to answer any nutritional queries you may have about the meals. Mays offers holistic 1:1 consultations to her clients encompassing lifestyle as well as nutrition changes from a naturopathic and functional medicine perspective to help combat many health and mental health issues as well as group + private yoga and yoga nidra deep meditation lessons. Mays also offers corporate wellness in terms of talks, workshops and retreats alongside bespoke private nutrition chefing and fermentation workshops

10-11am - Yoga with Mays

11am - Brunch

Beach or activity/therapy time

5-6pm - Yoga with Mays

6pm - dinner

8pm - yoga nidra before bed to send you off to blissful sleep
