Tansy Jane Dowman is the Founder of Her Shining Light and is deeply passionate about Nature (her name is a wild flower!) personal growth and well-being.
Tansy is a Female Empowerment Coach specialising in Nature connection and walking for improved well-being and personal evolution. She harnesses the healing power of Nature through her work offering 1-2-1 outdoor ‘walk & talk’ coaching programmes, guided mindfulness walks and forest bathing experiences, retreats and festivals. She also works with Corporates to get teams away from their desks and offices for mental health support and team building days.
Nature connection is vital for the well-being of ourselves and the planet so Tansy is motivated from a deep heart-centred purpose by her work.
