Join Carolyn and Mays for this magical summers day retreat to help soothe and nourish the soul. Step away from the noise of daily life and give your body, mind and nervous system space to soften. This will be an opportunity to connect to the stillness within and create space for renewal during the summer season - a beautiful day designed as a full-body reset in community.
On arrival guests will join Mays for an hours slow flow yoga session suitable for all levels, beginners to advanced. Carolyn will then guide us for an incredible Human Garage fascia manoevers experience to help unwind patterns of stress, restriction and tension held through the fascia followed by a a deeply restorative 9D Yoga Nidra journey - a layered sound journey created to help the body integrate the physical release from the morning practice. If you've never tried either, prepare to be blown away. Together, these practices support you to release held tension, reset the nervous system and recalibrate back into inner peace.
You will be guided throughout. No previous experience is needed — just come as you are.
To ground us fully back into our bodies, we will have a delicious delivery from Palm Greens, (East Londons favourite plant based restaurant) including a 2 course gut health themed, plant based gluten free bowl & dessert:

Lunch: Budda bowls with aduki beans, miso roasted squash and kalibos cabbage, with fermented radish and tamari tempe crumb

And over dessert Mays, a functional nutritionist & registered naturopathic therapist will deliver a nutrition talk with a winter gut health theme and top tips for keeping your gut healthy over the Christmas period.

What are Human Garage Fascia Maneuvers?
Human Garage fascia maneuvers are simple, guided self-care movements using breath, intention and body awareness. They are designed to help unwind tension through the fascia — the connective tissue network that wraps around and supports the muscles, bones, organs, tendons and ligaments. Human Garage describes fascia as a body-wide connective system, and its maneuvers as a way to release stored stress and tension through guided movement and breath.
Rather than forcing the body into a stretch, the maneuvers invite the body to soften, twist, breathe and release in a way that feels accessible and empowering.
You may leave feeling lighter, more open, calmer in your body and more connected to yourself.
What is 9D Breathwork?
9D Breathwork is an immersive sound and breath-based experience delivered through headphones. The “9D” refers to nine layered sound and therapeutic elements, including multidimensional sound, binaural brain entrainment, solfeggio frequencies, isochronic tones, 432Hz harmonic tuning, somatic breathwork, subliminal hypnotic therapy, guided coaching and bioacoustic sound effects.
In this retreat, we will use 9D Yoga Nidra as the integration piece. This is a gentler, deeply restorative journey — less about active breathwork and more about allowing the body to receive, settle and absorb the work from the morning session.
The layered 9D soundscape uses elements such as:
